Eplucher les \u00e9chalotes et l\u2019ail, couper grossi\u00e8rement, et les d\u00e9poser au fond de votre Roaster<\/p>\n

Poser votre \u00e9paule sur ce lit d\u2019ails et d\u2019\u00e9chalotes<\/p>\n

Ajouter une belle branche de thym et de laurier<\/p>\n

Disposer les pommes de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9es tout autour<\/p>\n

Arroser copieusement de fond de veau<\/p>\n

Saler et poivrer selon votre gout<\/p>\n

Assurez-vous qu\u2019il n\u2019y a plus de flamme dans votre four, repousser les braises sur le fond et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du four. Mettre le couvercle sur votre roaster et enfourn\u00e9. Cuisson porte du four ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n
